Tugs and a Coast Guard boat, right, stand by the cruise liner Regency Star after it ran aground Sunday in the sandy bottom of the Delaware River near Fortescue, N.J. Officials said the ship, en route to Philadelphia from Nassau in the Bahamas, had an electrical fire, causing a power failure that led to the grounding. The Coast Guard decided to wait until high tide Monday to try to refloat the ship.
