Raymond Leslie Triptow, age 78, passed away May 27, 1990 at his home in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Ray was born August 12, 1911 in Salt Lake City, Utah to James Charles and Tresa Webb Triptow. Married Adelphia ( Delpha ) Susan Andrew on September 21, 1946 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Veteran of WWII serving in New Guinea. Retired from the U.S. Postal Service. Active member of the LDS Church where he served faithfully in many positions of service. Loved fishing and camping. We love you and we'll miss you.Survived by his wife Delpha of Salt Lake; one son and three daughters, Dale (wife Teresa) Triptow, Sharol (husband Dee) Snowball, Delaine (husband Tom) McEwan, all of Sandy, Karen (husband Bill) McEwan, Bennion; 19 grandchildren; 1 great grand-child; one brother and one sister, Clyde (wife Dawna) Triptow, Salt Lake, Thelma Hanni, Rose Park.

Funeral serivces will be held Wednesday May 30, 1990 at 12:00 noon at the Kenwood 2nd Ward Chapel, 1765 East 3080 South, with Bishop John C. Brown officiating. Friends may call Tuesday evening from 6 to 8 PM at the Holbrook Funeral Chapel, 3251 South 2300 East, and at the churchWednesday, one hour prior to services. Interment: Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park. Direcitng: Holbrook Funeral Chapel.
