The Utah Museum of Natural History is offering two half-day workshops for parents and children to learn about nature beginning Saturday, June 2, at the museum located at the University of Utah.

The first workshop is a presentation on the peregrine falcon and an excursion downtown to observe the nesting pair. This class is recommended for children in the fourth grade and up.The second workshop will meet Saturday, June 7, and includes craft projects for children in kindergarten through third grade.

Registration is $10 per person. Call the museum education department at 581-4887.
