A 25-year-old Salt Lake woman told police she was raped by an acquaintance of her boyfriend.
According to a Salt Lake Police report, the victim was in bed about 12:15 a.m. May 2 in her eastside residence when an assailant kicked the door in, and hit, choked and raped the woman.
