Students and faculty of the Utah State University Department of Landscape Architecture will help the Bureau of Land Management build a fence and construct erosion control check dams.
The volunteer project is designed to restore native vegetation along a section of North Otter Creek damaged by overgrazing."Each spring, the department picks a service project. It's our way of putting something back into the community and it's a good way to involve the students in meaningful, outdoor work," said USU's Vern Buge.
