DEATH: HAZEL IRENE JENSEN

Hazel Clouser Jensen, age 88, passed away Friday, June 8, 1990, at a Bountiful care center of causes incident to age.

She was born January 27, 1902 in Las Animas, Colorado, the daughter of Frank and Clara Atchison Clouser. She was reared and educated in Wyoming and Nebraska. She married Salmer (Sam) Jensen, August 20, 1923, and made her home in Ogden until 1978. Her husband passed away in 1972. Mrs. Jensen was a member of the Catholic Church and a member of the Ladies Auxiliary to the Brotherhood of Railway Trainmen. She enjoyed handicrafts. She was the mother of two children, a son and daughter. Her daughter, Marian E. Olson, passed away in 1983.Surviving are her son, Arthur H. Jensen, Bountiful; three grandsons; three granddaughters; three great-grandchildren; one brother, Merle A. Clouser, of Buernsey, Wyoming; one sister, Mrs. Ralph (Bernice) Ketchel, of Arroyo Grande, California.

Graveside services will be Tuesday, 11 a.m., at Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Blvd., Ogden. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Disease and Related Disease Assoc., Northern Utah Chapter, 1129 Alpine Place, Salt Lake City, Utah 84105. Funeral directors, Leavitt's Chapel of Flowers Mortuary, Ogden.
