Penny Thomas, Bruce Clements and Robert Benton have their hands full of 4-week-old peregrine falcons that have just been banded by the Utah Division of Wildlife Resources. The falcons, an endangered species, are residents of a ninth-floor ledge of the former Hotel Utah. The fuzzy, white, black-speckled chicks will soon be able to fly and get their own meals of pigeons and shorebirds now brought to them by their parents.
