DEATH: HELEN M. MITCHELL

Helen Bee Miles Mitchell, our devoted wife, mother, grandmother and friend, died at her home June 24, 1990.

Born September 7, 1924 in Mountain Home, Utah to Edgar and Olive Thacker Miles. She grew up in Mt. Emmons and married Grover Parley Mitchell, July 21, 1942 in Upalco. Active in the LDS Church. Primary president, worked in the Relief Society and MIA in the old Upalco Ward. She loved her family, her garden and flowers.

Survived by husband, Upalco, daughters and sons and their spouses, Susan and J. D. Wimmer, Kathryn and Scott Toland, all Upalco; Carla and Michael Liddell, Northglenn, Colorado; Craig and DeAnn Mitchell, Ron and Kerry Mitchell, all Upalco; Troy and Deb Mitchell, West Valley; 19 grandchildren and two great-grandsons; sisters, Bernice Atwood, Altamont; Violet Lott, Upalco; Inez Shiner, Ioka; Veva Clegg, Spring Valley, California; Mona Miles, Riverton; brother, Doug Miles, Mt. Emmons; preceded in death by an infant daughter, Helen Bee and brothers, Fay and Bob Miles.

Funeral services Wednesday 1 p.m. at the Altamont LDS Church. Friends may call at the Olpin-Hullinger Mortuary, Tuesday 7-9 p.m. and Wednesday at the Church one hour prior to the service. Burial: Upalco Cemetery.
