"Yes! You Can Cook with Yogurt," a new booklet from Dannon, includes 38 recipes for dips, dressings, casseroles and desserts that use yogurt.Since yogurt is low in fat, most of the recipes reflect current lighter eating trends.
In addition to recipes, the booklet also includes general guidelines for incorporating yogurt into a variety of dishes. Plain low-fat yogurt, for example, can be substituted for up to half the sour cream in most recipes, cutting fat and calories, without sacrificing flavor or texture.
