DEATH: HAL WALTER HANSEN

Hal Walter Hansen, 56, of Ephraim, died June 25, 1990 of injuries acquired in an automobile accident. Born May 8, 1934 in Ephraim to Hans Walter and Ruth T. Draper Hansen. Married Beverly Dyches, September 22, 1956 in the Manti LDS Temple. He was a welder all of his life, working for Hansen Fabrication in Ephraim. Member of the Ephraim 1st LDS Ward, charter member of the Sanpete County Search and Rescue for 23 years and a Veteran of the U.S. Army. Survived by wife, two daughters, Mrs. James Kevin (Tamya) Sanders, Hillboro, Oregon; Mrs. Frank (GayDene) Montoya, Ephraim; mother and father, three grandchildren; four brothers, one sister, Mrs. Leo (LuAine) Chambrs, Payson; Thomas, Ross, Theodore, all Ephraim; Nyle J., Greshn, Oregon. Funeral services Friday, 11 a.m., in the Ephraim 1st-5th LDS Ward Chapel, where friends call Thursday, 6-8 p.m., and Friday, one and one-half hours prior to services. Burial: Ephraim Park Cemetery with military honors. Funeral Directors: Buchanan Mortuary.
