Something new is needed for this year's Utah State Fair. One might think that every product ever grown or invented has been exhibited at the fair. "Not so," said Donna Dahl, assistant director of the fair and coordinator of commercial exhibits.
"We're looking for exciting and interesting products that are new to the public. Of course, we'll assign premium space to products made in Utah."The fair is the ideal place to present a new product, according to Dahl. About 370,000 people saw last year's exhibits in just 11 days and close to 500,000 are expected this year.
