New England Patriots defensive end Kenneth Sims will be considered a second-time offender, suspended for 30 days without pay and required to seek drug counseling after a packet of cocaine allegedly fell from his wallet during a traffic stop.

Austin Police Department spokesman Sgt. Joseph Moore said Sims, who did not resist arrest, was arrested about 10 p.m. Sunday.
