The Mountain Men of the Wasatch will sponsor the 21st annual State Muzzleloader Shoot June 15, 16 and 17 at Cedar Hollow, about 10 miles west of Kamas.
The event, which will include a teepee camp, a traders row featuring handmade goods, children games and oldtime competition, is open to the public.Competition will involved both percussion and flintlock weapons, as well as shotguns and pistols. There will also be primitive shoots, and tomahawk and knife throwing events. There will also be a cannon shoot Sunday about 4 p.m.
The shoot is open to blackpowder guns only. The fee is $15 for men for an aggregate round and $10 for women.
