B. Virginia Rasmussen Woodward, died, June 6, 1990 in Sandy, Utah.

Born December 14, 1903 in North Ogden, Utah, to Elizabeth Moore and Royal Nicholas Rasmussen. Married Herbert Woodward on September 14, 1922 in Brigham City, Utah. Marriage later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Virginia helped her father in the Rasmussen feed and grain business in Ogden. Virginia was an active member in the LDS Church. She held several positions in the Relief Society and the Stake Young Women's Mutual. While a member of the Mt. Ogden Stake, Virginia and her husband were Stake Missionaries. After her husband's death, Virginia moved to Salt Lake to be with her daughter, where she recently moved to Sandy, where at the time of her death she was a member of the Willow Canyon 6th Ward.

Virginia was preceded in death by her husband and a daughter, Lois Elizabeth. Virginia is survived by a daughter, Jean Larsen, Sandy; four grandsons', Reed, Nick, Brent and Ron Larsen, 15 grandchildren; a brother, E.W. (Bill) Rasmussen, Salt Lake; sister, Dorothy Cole, South Ogden. The family wishes to thank Echard Vick, Virginia's Ward Home Teacher who has been so helpful and caring; also, all friends and neighbors who have been so helpful.

Graveside services will be held at the Ogden City Cemetery, 1875 Monroe Blvd., Ogden, Saturday, June 9th, 12 noon. Friends may call at the Cannon Mortuary, 2460 East 7600 So., Salt Lake, Friday, June 8th from 6-8 p.m. The family request contributions to the United Parkinson Foundation, 360 West Superior St. Chicago, Ill. 60610; in lieu flowers.
