Deputy Prime Minister Valtr Komarek signs autographs Wednesday in Prague. Komarek is a parlimentary candidate in Czechoslovakia's first free elections in 44 years. About 11.2 million people are entitled to go to the polls Friday and Saturday to choose 300 deputies to the new federal parliament, which is charged with choosing a new president - almost certain to be President Vaclav Havel - and then revising the country's constitution.
