SHARE RANGELAND-FIRE CREWS GOING HOME

Many of the fire crews that have been battling a rangeland fire near Richfield were expected to be released Monday. And more will go home Tuesday, a Bureau of Land Management official said Monday.

Bert Hart, fire information officer for the Richfield BLM office, said about 250 personnel were involved Sunday evening in the fire, which has burned fir, sagebrush and grass about 12 miles southeast of Richfield.The fire had burned about 240 acres as of early Monday. The blaze was contained about 6 a.m. Saturday and will probably be controlled by 6 p.m. Monday, Hart said.
