The church and other crumbling ruins of the town of Old Guerrero, Mexico, bake in the summer sun on the floor of Falcon Lake as the water level recedes to its lowest level in years. The town has been submerged for almost 30 years since Falcon Dam was built in the 1950s. Drought conditions and downstream releases for irrigation are being blamed for the receding water level.
