John Hurt has joined John Goodman and Peter O'Toole in "King Ralph," a contemporary British romantic comedy now filming in England . . . Dyan Cannon and Phylicia Rashad have started work on "Jailbirds," a CBS-TV movie filming in Louisiana.Golden Girl Rue McClanahan has signed to star in "To My Daughter," an NBC-TV movie about a woman dealing with the death of her daughter . . . The BBC has given American comedienne Rita Rudner her own TV series with at least six half-hours due to air this fall in Britain . . .
