Celebrity gossip direct from the pages of the The National Enquirer may now be heard on the airwaves of a radio station two days before the tabloid hits the supermarket stands.

Enquirer gossip editor Mike Walker will host an hourlong show that debuts Saturday on WJNO, an AM radio station in West Palm Beach, Fla., station officials said Friday.Walker's script will be drawn from his celebrity and soap opera columns and a portion of the show will include listener phone calls and conversations with Enquirer reporters from Los Angeles, New York and Las Vegas.

"Nobody wants to admit it, but after sex, gossip is the favorite indoor sport," Walker told the Miami Herald.

The show is called Mike Walker's Gossip Page and will air from 11 a.m. to noon on Saturdays.
