The Salt Lake County Fair kicks off Monday at 6:30 p.m. on the Salt Lake Fairgrounds, 5177 E. 200 South.

Besides the regular scheduled events, a parade will get fairgoers in the festive mood when it begins at 6:30 p.m. at the Salt Lake Fairgrounds. The parade begins on State Street and 5200 South and later ends in Murray Park. For more information call 262-0812 or 468-3000.
