The umbrella organization of Salt Lake City's community councils and two community councils have scheduled August meetings.
- The Salt Lake Association of Community Councils, board meeting and picnic on Wednesday, Aug. 15, at 6 p.m . at the Red Butte Arboretum.- The Capitol Hill Community Council, Monday, Aug. 20 at 7 p.m. at Salt Lake Community High School, 233 W. 200 North.
- The South Central Community Council, 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 22, at the Salt Lake County Government Complex, Room N-2003, 2001 S. State.
