Howard Nielson, former 3rd Congressional District representative, will speak at Brigham Young University Wednesday, Jan. 23, at noon. The location, formerly scheduled in the Kennedy Conference Room, has been changed to the Varsity Theater in the Wilkinson Center. His remarks will center on the Persian Gulf crisis.
