Heisman Trophy winner Ty Detmer is no longer one of the most eligible men on the BYU campus. Last Thursday the BYU quarterback asked Kim Herbert of Salt Lake City to marry him, and she accepted, according to the BYU sports information office. Herbert is a junior at BYU. The couple have not set a date yet but said it will be sometime after next football season.
