SHARE DEATH: FAYE JENSEN HULL

Faye Violet Nielsen Jensen Hull, age 79, did January 30, 1991, at her home in Willard, of cancer.

She was born February 5, 1911, in Brigham City, a daughter of Joseph C. and Martha Parsons Nielsen. She married Hyrum M. Jensen October 24, 1935, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He died April 16, 1972. She married W. Roy Hull May 9, 1978 in Salt Lake City, Utah. She was a member of the LDS Church, and had taught in all church organizations. Was a counselor in the Relief Society presidency, did the ward newsletter and served in Scouting. She was an officer of local and state Business & Professional Women's Clubs, member of the Ute Indian Tribal Council, and the U.B.I.C. Committee. She was a reporter for the Deseret News for 25 years, photographer and assistant editor of the Uintah Basin Standard, and the Ute Tribe Bulletin. She had also worked for the Vernal Express. She was a chocolate dipper at the Idle Isle Restaurant in Brigham City, and taught at the Utah State University Center in Roosevelt, Utah.Surviving are: Her husband, Salt Lake City; four children, Larry R. Jensen, Brigham City; Joseph D. Jensen, St. Charles, Illinois; Mrs. Homer J. (Karen) Cook, Layton; Mrs. J. Reed (Linda) Smith, San Diego, Calif.; five stepchildren, William R. Holt, Jr., Mrs. Earl (Winifred) McGinty, Mrs. George (Janis) Degan, Mrs. Ronald (Joyce) Rimington, Mrs. Wood (Ruth) Olsen; 17 grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren; two brothers, two sisters, James Nielsen, Orem; Clark Nielsen and Mrs. Harold (Ruth) Messick, both Salt Lake City; Mrs. J.D. (Marian) Merrell, Brigham City. She was preceded in death by seven brothers and sisters.

Funeral services will be Saturday, 11 a.m., at the Olsen- Myers Mortuary in Brigham City, where friends may call Saturday, from 9:30 to 10:45 a.m. Interment, Brigham City Cemetery.
