Born in Sunderland, England to Arthur Watson and Jane Elizabeth Grierson Mohrke. Married Doreen Torrens, July 1942 in England. Emigrated with his wife to America in January 1948.Survivors: wife, Salt Lake City; brother, Frederick Mohrke, East Boldon, England; niece, Margaret Duke, Sunderland, England.
Funeral service Friday, 12 noon, Ensign 1st Ward Chapel, 9th Ave. and D St. Friends may call at Larkin Mortuary, 260 E. South Temple, Thursday, 7-8 p.m. and at the church Friday, one hour prior to the service. Interment: Salt Lake City Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Family History Dept., 50 E. North Temple, SLC, 84150, in Arthur's name.
