State licensing regulators are seeking disciplinary action against the license of a West Valley concrete contractor accused of failing to pay its bills.
Rocky Mountain Concrete Inc. hasn't paid its suppliers $46,475, and those suppliers have filed liens on 69 homes where Rocky Mountain performed concrete work, according to a petition issued by the state Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing. The company's owner, Clint Robert Petersen, was also named in another licensing petition against Western States Concrete. State regulators are seeking a cease and desist order against Western States, which has allegedly performed contracting work without a license. The state said Petersen is a director of Western States.
The Deseret News attempted to contact Rocky Mountain Concrete, but the company's number had been disconnected.
