The gun that Jack Ruby used to kill Lee Harvey Oswald goes on the auction block Dec. 26, and it could bring as much as $250,000, the auctioneer says. Earl Ruby, a Detroit businessman and Ruby's brother says, he will be satisfied with $100,000 for the historic .38-caliber revolver, which he took possession of recently after a long legal fight. The auction also will sell off the hat and shoes that Ruby wore when he killed John Kennedy's alleged assassin.
