Emma Cranney Henderson, 76, died October 24, 1991 in Lehi, following an extended illness.
Born January 25, 1915 in Smoot, Wyoming to Wilford Woodruff and Laura Janetta Mickelson Cranney. Married Dewey Wallace Henderson, May 18, 1934, Logan LDS Temple. With her husband, had resided in Star Valley, Rock Springs, and Laramie, Wyoming before moving to Lehi in 1976.She was a homemaker, taught and served in all the auxiliaries of the LDS Church including callings as president of the Relief Society and YWMIA. 4-H leader and had been President of Laramie Womens' Club.
Survived by husband, Lehi; sons and daughters, Dewey Russell, Placentia, Calif.; Lael W.,
Provo; Laura J. Brokaw, Lehi; Mrs. Larry J.
(Karen) Taylor, Colorado Springs, Colo.; Eileen Henderson, Bountiful; 24 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; brother and sister, Owen Cranney, Afton, Wyo.; Norma Fugal, Pleasant Grove; numerous neices and nephews.
Preceeded in death by five brothers and three sisters.
Funeral, Tuesday, Oct. 29, 1991, 1 p.m. in the Lehi 20th Ward Chapel, 880 N. 700 E. Friends may call, Wing Mortuary, Lehi, Monday 7-9 p.m., and Tuesday at the Church, 12 until service.
Graveside, Wednesday, 1 p.m. in Afton, Wyoming Cemetery, where interment will take place.
