A Salt Lake masseur charged with forcible sexual abuse of a female client faces possible disciplinary action against his license, a petition said.
Keith B. Lewis, a licensed massage technician, has been charged in 3rd Circuit Court with three second-degree felony counts of forcible sexual abuse of a female patient, licensing documents said. A November preliminary hearing has been set on the charges.According to a petition issued by the Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing, regulators have accused Lewis of two counts of unprofessional conduct stemming from the criminal charges.
The petition said Lewis took indecent liberties with an unidentified woman client while massaging her last month.
Lewis' attorney, McCaye Christiansen, said it would be improper to comment on the specific charges while the case is pending in court. But, she said, Lewis denies the allegations brought against him.
