The Provo/Orem Chamber of Commerce will hold the annual banquet announcing winners of the Arthur V. Watkins Citizen of the Year and the Arthur Watkins Outstanding Citizen awards Thursday, Nov. 21, at 6:30 p.m. in the Utah Valley Community College Ballroom.
Tickets are $12.50 per person, and all family members are welcome. Entertainment will be provided by Denise Warner, Miss Orem. Guest speaker will be Lt. Gov. Val Oveson.Dress is formal/semi-formal. RSVP at 379-2555.
