Manuel Noriega wanted to remove about $20 million from secret accounts at the Bank of Credit and Commerce International within days after his drug racketeering indictment was issued, his former banker testified.

Amjad Awan, 44, identified scores of records from secret accounts held by Noriega and his wife, Felicidad, at the BCCI London branch. Awan served as Noriega's personal banker from 1982 until 1988.
