Joan Tsalaky has been appointed operations officer at the Cottonwood Heights branch of Zions First National Bank. She previously served as branch manager at the Butler office of Deseret Federal Savings & Loan. Janet Cisowski has been named marketing director of the Crosslands Retirement Community in Sandy. She is a graduate of Weber State University in communications. Ron Stone and Dave Thomas have been named executive vice presidents at Evans/Salt Lake Advertising and Public Relations. Stone, former creative director, now oversees human resources, the creative department, production and research/account planning. Thomas oversees account services, financial, media department and public relations. Chick Burnham and Michael Newbold have opened Chick & Mike's Custom Auto Service at 2212 S. West Temple. They were formerly employed by Ken Garff Saab and have a combined 27 years of Saab service experience. Both are certified as Saab master technicians.
