Valley Mental Health's Holden House has opened its annual Christmas Emporium and Christmas Toy Drive. These annual programs make new toys and adult and children's clothing available to the mentally ill and their families.

The program started several years ago, when it was noticed that a number of Valley Mental Health clients had no resources to provide for their families' Christmas. Many of the mentally ill do not receive anything during the holiday season. The house is located in Midvale and serves the mentally ill as a clubhouse and employment training center.

Collection boxes are available at all Valley Mental Health unit locations. For more information, contact Korri Hess Sabbagh, 561-8949.
