John Wormdahl has been promoted to vice president and manager of Valley Bank & Trust Co.'s banking centers. His responsibilities will include supervision of four business banking offices and six banking officers. Kay Willis recently joined HCA St. Mark's staff as the new assistant administrator, director of nursing. She comes from Fort Worth, Texas, where she was assistant administrator for Patient Care Services at HCA North Hills Medical Center. Brad Jorgensen has been promoted to sales manager for Cellular One. He will head an eight-member sales team in the Salt Lake area. He has been with Cellular One for two years. Lynn Pett, mayor of Murray, has been appointed to the Policy Boards Advisory Council of the American Public Power Association, the national organization representing some 2,000 consumer-owned electric utilities. Philip Lamb has been named assistant vice president/branch area manager at Zions First National Bank. Lamb has been with Zions 13 years. Heather White has been promoted to assistant media buyer at Fotheringham & Associates. White joined the firm in 1989 after graduating from the University of Utah in mass communications.
