The Salt Lake City Baha'i Community is sponsoring a nine-week exploration of environmental issues based on the "Race to Save the Planet" film series beginning Feb. 24.
The films will be presented and then discussed at 7:30 p.m. each Sunday at the Baha'i Center, 2358 E. 1700 South. Gina Hoefler, an environment educator, and Jan Saeed, a community health educator, will act as moderators of the discussion."Race to Save the Planet" was filmed in 30 countries on all seven continents. It examines a wide range of environmental issues and recent ecological disasters.
