A coroner in London says the death of Steve Clark, guitarist for the heavy metal band Def Leppard, was caused by an overdose of alcohol, anti-depressants and pain killers. The combination brought on respiratory failure and all indications are that the death was accidental. A spokesman for for Mercury-Polygram Records, Def Leppard's recording label, says the rest of the group is on hiatus now but will return to work on a new album soon.
