Mountain Fuel Supply Co. has completed the purchase of 4.5 acres in the Silver Creek Commerce Center, a business and light industrial park on U.S. 40 and I-80, five northeast of Park City.

The center is being developed by Robert Larson Partners. Marty Volla, project developer for Robert Larson, said Mountain Fuel is the third company to make a commitment to the business park, the others being Lucas Western Inc. and Black Diamond Ltd.D.N. Rose, Mountain Fuel president, said the company has been monitoring growth in Summit County and felt it was time to purchase the property for future use. "Based upon current growth patterns and expectations, we feel this will be an ideal location for a Mountain Fuel facility," Rose said.

He said the company will put the property to use at an appropriate time, depending upon future growth and development in Summit County.
