Anna Margaret Stauffer Parker, 87, died Thursday, February 28, 1991, in Brigham City, of causes incident to age.

She was born June 29, 1903, in Providence, a daughter of Godfrey and Fredericka P. Leonhardt Stauffer. She married Earl J. Parker, February 13, 1924 in the Logan LDS Temple. He died June 18, 1968. Mrs. Parker lived in Providence and Wellsville and was a graduate of South Cache High School. She was a member of the Wellsville Madre Club and had served as a 4H Leader. She was an active member of the LDS Church serving for many years in the Ward and Stake Primary, and as a Magazine Director. She was honored for her long service as a Relief Society Visiting Teacher.Surviving are two sons and three daughters and their spouses, Earl Reed and Janice Parker, Hyrum; Boyd W. and Arline Parker, Tremonton; Idella and Boyd Petersen, Caldwell, Idaho; Anna Hammer, Sunset; Paulene Jeppsen, Mantua; 23 grandchildren; and 38 great-grandchildren. Also surviving are three brothers, Norman Stauffer, Len Stauffer, both Providence; Marion Stauffer, Logan; two sisters, Idella Harrison, Richfield; Roma Phillips, Montpelier, Idaho. He was preceded in death by two brothers, two grandchildren, and two great-grandsons.

Funeral services will be held Monday, March 4, 12 noon at the Wellsville 5th Ward Chapel, 660 South 100 West, Wellsville. Friends may call Sunday 7-9 p.m. at Nelson Funeral Home, 162 East 400 North, Logan, and Monday, 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. at the Church. Interment in the Wellsville Cemetery.
