Portions of the new $20 million Davis County Justice Complex will be occupied by mid-March, county officials say. The sheriff's department administrative offices, county attorney and district courts will move into the complex around March 15. Construction on the 400-bed jail continues, and the sheriff's department has to acquire more corrections officers before it opens.
