A columnist and editorial writer for the Jerusalem Post will speak twice Wednesday, March 6, at Brigham Young University, giving an Israeli view of the gulf war and its effects on the Middle East.

Yosef Goell, a former lecturer in Israeli politics and society at Hebrew University in Jerusalem, will speak on "Religious-Secular Conflict and Accommodation in Israel" at noon in the Kennedy Center Conference Room (238 Clark Building) and on "An Israeli View of the Gulf War and its Aftermath" at 2 p.m. in 445 Martin Building.Both appearances are open to the public and sponsored by the David M. Kennedy Center for International Studies.
