Songwriter Diane Warren, author of Milli Vanilli's lip-synched hit "Blame It on the Rain," has a Cher album next up on her list of projects.

"I'll make sure it's really her singing," jokes Warren, who said she was as surprised as anyone about the Milli Vanilli lip-synching scandal. "All I did was write a song, a hit song. I wasn't in the studio seeing who was singing," she told a reporter.
