At least 42 Arabs were wounded in a clash with Israeli troops at a Gaza Strip refugee camp Saturday after Palestinians attacked and stoned soldiers arresting suspected rioters, Arab reports said.
The violence erupted two days before the scheduled visit of Secretary of State James Baker.Palestinian sources said PLO leaders have already approved a meeting between Baker and Palestinian notables from the occupied territories, an issue that has been debated by the PLO's Executive Committee.
