About 15,000 Scouts of all ages crowded into the Salt Palace Saturday to participate in the 1991 Scout-O-Rama, where they built and climbed bridges and towers utilizing the skills they've acquired in Scouting. Breakfast was followed by a parade and opening ceremonies. A variety of Scouting exhibitions, games and other activities were featured throughout the day.
