Roy Tolley has been appointed a director of the Ute Stampede Association.
Tolley will fill the unexpired term of Maurice Tolley, who resigned after serving as a director for 33 years.Ted Jones was recently selected as president of the committee for the coming year. He will be assisted by Bob Garrett, chosen as vice president, and Leon Osborne, who will serve as secretary-treasurer.
Ike Lunt, Jim Pexton and Bob Day will also continue as directors.

The committee oversees the production of the Ute Stampede each year. This year's celebration is scheduled for July 11-13.
