The Buster Keaton comedy "Sherlock Jr." will be this month's Organ Loft presentation on Thursday, March 14, with Mike Ohman providing live accompaniment on the Wurlitzer.

The film has Keaton as a movie theater projectionist who steps onto the screen and becomes a participant in a detective mystery. One of Keaton's most highly praised films, an obvious influence on Woody Allen's "The Purple Rose of Cairo" and filled with intricate sight gags, this 1924 classic is considered a technical masterpiece of the silent era.

"Sherlock Jr." will be shown at 7:30 p.m. Thursday in the Organ Loft, 3331 Edison St. (a half-block east of State Street at 3300 South). Admission is $5 for adults, $3 for children.

Next month the last in the current series of Organ Loft films will be Harold Lloyd's comedy "Why Worry?"
