Mostyn J. Cox, age 76, died March 8, 1991.

He was born April 1, 1914 in Orangeville, Utah to John Bernard Cox and Elizabeth Clinty Jewkes. He married Lilas Green June 11, 1940 in the Manti LDS Temple. They were divorced. He married Leona Green Hall September 3, 1976; sealed in the Salt Lake LDS Temple November 18, 1977. Active member of the LDS Church, served in the Scouting program for many years. High Preist in the Butler 8th Ward. He was a carpet layer for I & M Rug and Holdings, Little America for years. Veteran, World War II.He loved gardening, hunting, and fishing. Was a loving and caring husband, father, and grandfather.

Survivors: wife, Leona; son, Mostyn J. Cox, Jr.; daughter, Mrs. Lynn (Maureen) Fuelling; stepchildren, Jim and Julie Hall, Dan and Connie Hall, Roger and Jenifer Kelsey, Kenneth Hall; 20 grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, 10:00 a.m., Butler 8th Ward, 2700 East 7000 South. Friends may call Monday, 6-8 p.m. at Memorial Estates Mortuary, 5850 South 900 East, and Tuesday, one hour prior at the church. Graveside services in the Orangeville City Cemetery, 3:30 p.m.
