In another match against a ranked team, the BYU men's volleyball team lost to Indiana-Purdue-Fort Wayne Saturday.
Thirteenth-ranked IPFW won in three straight games 17-16, 15-11 and 15-11 increasing their record to 10-4 and dropping BYU to 1-18.BYU's Patrick Sinclair, only a freshman, had an amazing night with a match high 29 kills. Steve Hieta had 12 kills for the Cougars and Warren Vanschalkwyk and Shawn Patchell each had 11.
The Cougars head back to California next weekend for matches against Cal-State Northridge, Loyola Marymount and San Diego State.
