Lewiston resident Richard Boman is one of 30 high school students around the country to receive a scholarship from the Campbell Soup Co., which awards college scholarships every year to children of company employees.

The scholarships are for up to $4,000 per school year. Campbell also makes an annual grant of $250 to the college the scholar attends.Boman, a Sky View High School student who plans to study business administration and business law, is the son of Linda Boman, a planning analyst at Pepperidge Farms' Richmond plant.
