Jospeh Grimmett, former director of youth services at Dugway Proving Ground, is the new director of Farmington's recreation program.
Former director Morgan Woodhouse, who held the job for about a year, left for a position in Arizona.Grimmett, who was hired from a field of 80 applicants, has a degree in recreation and administration from Brigham Young University and is currently pursuing a master's degree. He served his graduate internship in the Logan recreation program.
