Alice Rasmussen Timothy, 88, died March 10, 1991 in Midvale, Utah.
Born November 9, 1902 in Vernal, Utah to Albert and Marian Wilson Rasmussen. Married Delbert Timothy in Vernal; later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He died May 19, 1972. She was a member of the LDS Church serving as Primary teacher, Relief Society secretary, Visiting Teacher and Single Adult Representative. Active in PTA, Senior Citizen officer, and 16 years of active volunteer service to Midvale Senior Citizen organization in Salt Lake County.Survived by sons and daughter, Dee D., El Cajon, Calif.; Marceline (Gene) Jenkins, Midvale; Merlin R. (Utahna), Salt Lake City; Kendell (Shirley), Sandy; 15 grandchildren (one grandson serving in the Armed Forces in Saudi Arabia); 36 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; brother and sisters, Blanche Godfrey; Oleva Timothy; Lamar Radmall; Genevieve Bytendorp; Jay (Lillian) Rasmussen; Eda Iverson; sister-in-law, Golda Rasmussen. Preceded in death by daughter, Deloris Wiechman.
Funeral services Wednesday, March 13, 1991, 11 a.m., Midvalley 3rd Ward Chapel, 700 East 7500 South. Friends may call Tuesday 6-8 p.m. at Goff Mortuary, 8090 So. State, and Wednesday 9:45-10:45 a.m. at the church. Interment, Murray City Cemetery.
